If you are not satisfied with your products, please email us at hello@bluewrenz.com and we can find a solution together.

You will be asked you to return the product along with proof of purchase.

This must be actioned within 14 days from the date of purchase and the product must be in new condition.

Warranty 

We offer a 6‑month full replacement or refund warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product has a manufacturing fault within this period, we will happily replace it or refund your purchase in full. All user guidelines must be met.

🔌 Usage Guidelines

Use only with compatible devices 

Plug your charger and cables directly into approved wall outlets or certified power adapters.

Avoid overloading power outlets.

Keep out of reach of young children.

Store in a dry, cool area away from direct sunlight.

Unplug chargers when not in use.

Gently insert and remove cables to avoid damage.
